ChitoFresh addresses these issues by providing a sustainable solution that extends the shelf life of fresh produce. By reducing spoilage, our innovation cuts food waste at all levels of the supply chain—farmers, distributors, retailers, and consumers—and helps ensure more food reaches those in need. Additionally, the reduction in waste has a measurable environmental impact, lowering emissions and minimizing the resources used for growing and transporting food that would otherwise be discarded.
